responsible to monitor employees performance and if some of them are not performing well in
their task then they provide proper training to them to improve their performance. HR mangers
should have communication skills, so they can talk with the higher level of the company when
any issue aeries in the workplace. Person should have knowledge of the pay role system because
HR manger of the company responsible to calculate wages of the employees (Brem., 2019.). In
this role they track hours, withholding taxes and other deduction checking and paying taxes to
the government etc. they should have experience of working within the HR or the payroll
environment, so they can help company to mange their all activities in the workplace.
