INTRODUCTION
Competition is the biggest risk for the organisation and it is being increasing day by day.
In order to sustain in the competitive market, venture need to implement different strategies of
human resources by which their employees can become that much capable in order to attain
competitive advantage. In that way, human resource manager plays very significant role in the
organisation in order to gain competitive advantage. For this report, Whirlpool have been
selected which is an American multinational company. The annual revenue of the venture is $20
billion. The report includes the importance of continuous learning and professional development.
With that it also includes different approaches by which organisation can ensure the performance
of employees.
