proper strategies and policies by taking suggestions from their employees so that they can

encouraging the change easily in a very efficient manner(Del Giudice, Caputo and
Evangelista, 2016). Another recommendation for the ARM Holding plc, is to frame and design an appropriate
budget so the minimisation of funds will not be faced by the company at the time of
making and restructuring the organisation design and making modification in that(Gurr,
2015)..

From the above report it is concluded that human resource management is the valuable
resource in the organisation. And according to business environment change is very necessary
that helps in successful organisation. Organisation design and structure plays an important role in
