Being an individual, I believe that the finalist 3 i.e. Shawanda Jackson should be selected for the
job of human resource director. I think that this finalist is more suitable because the finalist is
having the experience of 7 years in the field of human resource and also have an experience of 5
years in supervising others. Further, the finalist has achieved great scores in the cognitive and the
knowledge test. Moreover, the other finalists also have a great potential and the competencies but
the finalist 3 is most suitable for this job as the finalist believes in earnings which will lead the
company towards success and attain a sustainable competitive edge for a longer period of time
my allocating the resources adequately (Gatewood et al., 2015). Also, the finalist believes in
promotions which will help the employees to remain encouraged and motivated in order to work
efficiently and effectively.
As the finalist is having the experience of working as analyst of compensation and the HR
generalist, the finalist will be able to complete all the given tasks productively like the personnel
files of the employees will be managed properly, their activities will be monitored on the regular
basis, the policies will be communicated in a better way, etc. (Snell et al., 2015). The answers of

to expand its operations by retaining the employees and the customers for a longer period of
