1. HR Policies
The different kind of HR policies along with procedures is essential in nature as they help
in providing control, structure and consistency in different organizations. The different HR
practices and policies that can be used in the respective organization that will ensure compliances
with legislation of employment and this will inform the employees of the different
responsibilities (Tan 2015).
The relevant HR policy that could have been used by the respective company in such a
manner that will help in reducing the situation that has taken place in the respective organization.
The Sick leave along with compensation policy has to be followed by the respective organization
that includes the following:
Full time and regular employees in the organization are eligible to receive sick leave and
other benefits in such a manner that there will be maximum of 10 days paid sick leave in
the entire year
Secondly, the part time employees who are working with the respective organization
from the hire date in a prorated amount manner with bringing into effect the entire
calculation on the basis per hours of service provided by the employees in the
organization
The sick leave has to be accrued to maximum of more than 120 hours for the different
employees who are working permanently for more than 2 years in the same organization
