Chapter 1: Introduction: This chapter is essential because it includes information regarding
the topic. In this chapter, different information is included such as overview of the topic, research
aim and objectives, research questions and many more.
Chapter 2: Literature review: This chapter is also essential in gathering secondary data
from the available sources. These sources are books, journals, publication research and many
others. All these are main sources and helps an investigator in accomplishing research aim and
objectives in a significant manner (Ali and Anwar, 2021).
Chapter 3: Research methodology: This chapter is important in collecting accurate data
regarding the topic from various methods. These methods are survey strategy, questionnaire,
deductive approach, positivism philosophy and many more. These are main methodologies that
would be beneficial for an investigator in gathering quantitative data within a minimum time
period.

encompassing HR policies, it helps in meeting training needs, ethics, regulation and diversity
requirements. These guidelines are generally set by top management authorities and different
departments existing in an organisation including mainly the HR team which is completely
depended on the different types of policies and processes that needs to be implemented. The HR
policies and strategies are also defined as the set of concepts and norms of behaviour that helps
