In Telecom Company, I would take following steps to introduce and implement new HR
policy-
1. HR policy framework- I will use organisational culture to develop the new
framework of HR policy. The establishment of HR policy framework is very
significant step to develop the new HR policy. I will assess the requirement of

company. I will set the simple standards for HR policies.
2. HR policy development- according to the HR policy framework, I will draft policies
for the workstation, which is appropriate for the company’s size and the required

different for this organisation.
3. HR compliance- the application of the HR policies for compliance with central
employment law and state employment law are the similar, notwithstanding the
numbers of workers. The law related to Anti-discrimination in respect of the fair pay,
harassment at the workplace is necessarily required to be assimilated in the same
employment opportunities policies of the organisation. I will make sure that the
policies are content with the state laws and central laws concerning pay (Hegewisch
& Brewster, 2017).
4. Approval, publication, and necessary training- prior to the publication of
corporation rules, guidelines, and policies related to workstation, I will get the
consultation with the legal advisor. After the approval of the legal advisor, the next
step will be publication and training. I will gather the policies in the worker’s
handbook. I will schedule the training for the team members of company. The training
of the team members of this company is very significant to launch the new policies in
this organisation.
