skills which are essential for any of the other persons as well and it perfectly matches with
the requirement of an organisation. It will allow to me to perform each and every task in a
smoother manner. Talking about why I want to work for the company because I will be one
of the main assets of the company and even company will be too for me. Also, in present
scenario, it is one of the organisation which emphasis on the training and development work
of employee which will be helpful for my upcoming future. Even I found that company do
not discriminate any of the employee and tries to provide equal growth opportunities which
every employee seeks at the moment. It is one of the reason that Marcus Evans is one of
those company which will allow me to accomplish my personal goals.

In present scenario, working as a team plays significant role because, it directly or
indirectly allow the person to take effective decision which are result oriented. Talking about
myself, I have involved myself in number of occasion in the field of team work. It was started
since was pursuing higher secondary education. It has a great effective because it allows to
learn new skill which are important within the project and even gives idea that how any of the
typical situation is required to be handled. Here, work can be distributed in different member
which improves the quality of work and chances of completing the work on time increases.
Even I worked in my previous organisation with team where all of the member use to work
within different team which gives power to tackle any of the situation for attaining the goals.
As we work to work in a team, each and every member use to get chance to take decision
which are favourable for the company because better ideas used to generate from it which are
result oriented. Also, if any of the member is unable to attain the office then there is very
minimum chances that it will affect the organisation in performing their daily basis task.
3. Tell us about a time when you identified a new approach to solve a problem. (what
did you do and what was the outcome?)
There are number of situation where people has to face the problem but the best thing
which they are required to understand that any of the problem can be solved if depth of an
problem can be identified. In the same manner, I had also faced number of problem were it
was necessary for me to take the help of unorthodox style to resolve the problem. I faced the
problem which is related with managing the team while working within the office premises.
We were 15 members in the team, were keeping the update of every single member so that if
any of the problem arises then it can be solved in best possible manner. Here, we were unable
to communicate effectively as using cell phones within the premises of organisation was not
allowed because of security purpose. So, looking at the situation I took the help of IT team
who is also expert in developing different types of software related to communication. Here, I
ask for a help to develop software which can allow to connect 15 members with each via chat
process. Also, unauthorised authentication should not be allowed as sharing of data might be
important over there. There were number of other instances where unorthodox solution were
required so resolving the problem.

4. Tell us about a time when you had to manage a number of different priorities and
complete a number of tasks in a short amount of time (what did you do and what
was the outcome?)
In present scenario, business organisation requires the team who can be able to deal with
the situation in best possible manner. Whenever performing any of the task, it is necessary
that it must be completed on given period so that problem will not occur. Even when I used to
work for another organisation I was given serval duty which is needed to be performed and
must be given on time. It was one of the situation which created issues for me because
managing the task is not an easy work. There were some of the work which are required to be
delivered in short time period. In order to manage the work time, I emphasis on distribution
of work into different category which is of urgent basis in nature and important work. It
simply allowed me to find the best possible way to complete my given work on specific time
period. It is one of the way which I found to solve any of the problem and complete my task
on time. Not only this but there are other way as well to perform any of the task in short time
duration. Firstly, it is necessary to collect all of the necessary information, then start to
perform the work so that time can be saved easily.
5. Tell us about a project you worked on that required you to persuade others to your
point of view (what did you do and what was the outcome?)
Whenever any of the project is requires to be conducted, then it is necessary to understand
that it must have some sense and which can allow the other people to understand about the
concept. During my class presentation, I was assigned the role to perform the role of team
leader and develop the innovative product or technology within any of the organisation which
can be effective. We were 8 members in total. We started to prepare the report and stared to
develop new concept which can be effective. Then we started to plan about the online food
deliver system which can be one of the effective concept in modern days. After preparing the
project with ideas and innovative concept. It was needed for me and my team to explain
about the important of food delivery system, door to door. It is because if concept will not be
explained then it is very difficult task to influence other people about the concept. After
explaining about the concept, I was awarded with the first prize and that was the day which
started to build my self-confidence to bring innovative ideas.
