also liable to perform the role of leaders in case of employees
motivation level goes down (Milner IV, 2015). This practise helps

On the basis of overall findings it can be concluded that HR
practises are the most important task in terms of getting
employees benefits and performance level. With the help this
report I will get to learn about the HR practises and roles in the
organisation. HR plays a important role to getting good feedback

approach the employees by give them best working environment,
training and development practises to improve the performance
