The research identifies high employee turnover and demotivation as key problems faced by businesses. The aim of the research project is to evaluate HR practices and their impact on staff retention, with objectives including reviewing HR practices, assessing motivational and demotivational factors, and investigating the overall impact of effective HR practices. The methodology employs a positivism philosophy and a deductive approach, utilizing quantitative research methods with data collected through questionnaires.
