INTRODUCTION
In order to grab the best opportunities related to academic or professional career, a person
require set of particular skills. Each skill enables them to take initiative to achieve set aims and
objectives. This study is based on related to this subject as a continue process. The aim of this
assignment it to identify general skill and knowledge for specific profession and that is human
resource, which I had chosen. It will explain common trends which might impact on it and will
also define why this job role is of interest to me and how does it relate to my potential choice of
profession.

associated with it
Rise of artificial intelligence (new technology)- There are many changes happening in
profession of Human resource, which emerged as key trend and put positive and negative impact
on it. For example, rise of artificial intelligence is one of the biggest trends that impact, HR
profession in positive manner, in term of increasing capability and efficiency to hire or select
skilled candidates, who are able to take initiative to achieve strategic aim & objective of
companies (Mushkudiani and et.al., 2020). It has speeded into each aspect related to chosen
career, whether it relate to talent acquisition or recruitment. On the other hand, this trend may put
negative impact on HR profession, when candidate do not posse greater knowledge about
technical skill.
Changing skill requirements- Another trend that here is considered is fluctuation
related to skill needed as it emerges from employer side, who seek to hire those people who have
greater knowledge about their work and had a set of skills which enable them to perform with
advanced AI technologies, in productive manner. Continuous change in the context of this
subject may put negative impact on HR profession in term on increasing pressure on individual
to compete with new candidate who are capable to perform by having require skills.
Globalization- it is also included in list of key common trends that put negative impact
on human resource role and skill as well as knowledge related to this chosen profession. In
recent time, organizations do not operate under national boundaries, they attempt to run a venture

1. I had just completed by education related to MBA in human resource management and
because of this reason it is my first job as a fresher.
2. I have chosen HR profession, because of this uniqueness and importance into corporate
world. I am able to fulfill the responsibilities and duties related to this profession, and
because of this reason I had chosen it.
3. To assure effective and appropriate usage of human resource within company and to
increase their development even better than last few years or months, which is really
quite important for unexpected success and growth of firm.

HR manager job role is my dream, I want to start my professional career, by taking major
steps as human resource manager. This job interests me, because I will be responsible for
selection, talent management, hiring, induction, and support of new candidates, who felt
uncomfortable during initial period within a company and unaware about working
environment or co-workers, whom with they will perform as a team member.
All these information, relate to my chosen profession and that is human resource
manager, as I am able to recruit people, on the basis of their skills, abilities and
knowledge, instead of considering their physical appearance, color, religion etc. Another
reason is that I am capable to communicate and collaborate with other individual who
work at same place, where I will perform and fulfil my duties by conducting ethical
business practices in systematic and effective manner.
Along with myself, I prefer human resource manager job opportunity in a company to
others to consider, because it is encompassing those factors that help individual person to
grow and get success in their professional life. For example, in term of key element, this
job role give chance to develop career in a well-established organization, where applicant
may get opportunity to achieve all their dreams. In market, human resource manager job
related requirement reach at top, because each brand wants to progress and only HR
profession is able to contribute in this process, by managing all the staff members and
their performances as well.
HR profession is not an emerging job, but requirement related to it is not emerged and
therefore I likely to recommend other to apply for the same.
