The project closure report mainly analyses three areas that are stakeholders, human
resource, and communication. There are mainly two types of stakeholders in the above project
that is a public government body and lastly supplier. Human resources are people who combine
to be the workforce in an organization, economy or business sector. It can also be defined as an
organizational function. This function looks after the people and issues that are related to people.
These issues include hiring and recruiting employees, performance management, development of
the organization and its culture, benefits, and compensation, onboarding employees, and training.
Communication is the key to success for every organization. Communication between the
stakeholders is very important for the smooth functioning of the organization. The employees
should also have a fluent communication among themselves. The lack of communication may
cause various problems to the organization. The problems include miscommunication among
employees, and among the supervisors and juniors. Senior authority should take continuous
updates regarding the whereabouts of the employees and the projects under them. This
communication would help the higher authority regarding the satisfaction of the employees and
