Human Resource department is the most effective department within the organization

function of the HR department the organization Kingfisher Plc. is being selected. The

was founded in the year 1982 (Kingfisher.com, 2018). The organization is located in
Paddington, a city of Westminster, London, UK. This organization is the largest retailer
of home improvement in London as well as the third largest in the entire world. The
company is having almost 1200 stores in around 11 nation across Europe along with
Asia. In the UK the organization is placed at the third largest commercial property
contractor. The revenue of the firm for the year 2017 is 11,225 million pound and their
operating income is around 750 million pound. The number of employees within the
organization is almost 74,000. The products that are provided by the organization is the
home appliances, then the hardware, home furnishing, garden supplies as well as
