airports. In the Middle East Emirates also known as the largest airline. This organization
focuses on innovation, excellence, and safety (Hanifaa & Sidani, 2011). This organization is
committed to providing unparalleled product and services like a highly professional crew
cabin and highly trained staff that delivered high standards of safety. This organization has
maintained both a professional and personal approach towards customers. This organization
has customers from many destinations as rates of flights are reasonable for customers. This
organization also provides luxury services to attract high-class customers with a diverse
segment (Holder & Symonds, 2014).
Majid Al Futtaim Group
This organization operates and owned retail, shopping malls, and leisure establishments in
North Africa and the Middle East. This organization manages three subsidiaries and they are
Majid Al Futtaim properties, Majid Al Futtaim ventures, and Majid Al Futtaim retail (Roy &
Morgan, 2015). This organization provides products and services like leisure and
entertainment, cinemas, fashion and healthcare, and food and beverages. This organization is
a customer-focused organization. This organization covers a large number of customers as
provides a positive contribution to millions of people to work with colleagues that can laugh
so much with happiness (Anderson, 2016).

consecutive awards for the best services in-flight entertainment.
