OVERVIEW OF THE INDUSTRY AND ITS
REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYMENT
• I have chosen to be a part of HR department in Amazon
Company as it is the organization which attracts me to
become successful in my career (Aránega, Núñez, and
Sánchez, 2020). The company deals in technology industry
and will further help me to provide information and
knowledge of several industries such as E-Commerce cloud
computing artificial intelligence and digital streaming.

REFLECTION ON SELF-AWARENESS RELATED TO THE
MAPPING OF SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
• In order to achieve the position of human resource manager at Amazon I have required several
skills which will make me for that position my previous job and why business management moves:
• Communication skills: I have developed good communication skills with the help of both my
previous job and my academic studies in business management (Chowdhry, and Dholakia, 2020).
• Decision making skills: As I was doing a job of administrator in a recruitment company I have
learnt of good decision making in terms of choosing a candidate for an organization.
• Training and development skills: In my previous job I have learnt to provide training to my
followers in such a manner that we can develop their effective skills and essential knowledge for
the job role.
• Management and leadership skills: During my administrator job profile and shift supervisor as
well as shift manager and administrator I have learnt to leave my followers in such a manner that
they see motivated in the organization.

REFLECTION ON SELF-AWARENESS ABOUT
VARIOUS SKILLS AND BEHAVIOR SURVEYS
• There are various skills and behavior service which helps and
individual identify their skills in order to analyze that either they are
able for the position or not (Verhaeghen, and Aikman, 2020). Two
types of skills and behavior surveys are explain below:
• MBTI Assessment: MBTI stands for Myers-Briggs type indicator
assessment which helps an individual to identify their psychological
preferences with the help of a psychometric questionnaire about
how people persons the world.
• Psychometrics 360: This psychometrics 360 is a review tool which
helps an individual to evaluate their performance.

DEVELOPMENT OF LINKEDIN PROFILE AND CV
• In order to attain the position in Amazon Company I have
decided to create my LinkedIn profile so that I can reach
potential employers with my capabilities (Ciaunica, 2020). I
have downloaded the application of LinkedIn in my phone
and register on the profile with my name which helps me to
get registered on LinkedIn website.

ACTIVITIES TAKEN TO GET THE JOB
• After identifying skills which are required to became an HR
manager at Amazon Company I have decided to develop
myself in such a manner that I can attain the position and get
