INTRODUCTION
A career action plan is a written document including the set of action which helps in
deciding the path of an individual (Shankar, 2018). It is the path which helps them in identifying
or selecting their occupation to getting a job. The human resource managers requires a lot of
knowledge and experience in order to be an professional and hire other people. The skills like
communication skills, motivational skills, decision making ability are must to have in an Human
resource manger. This report includes the skills required as an Human resource manger and what
are my strength and weakness. Also the evaluation of my weaknesses. Lastly, the CV has been
made.
MAIN BODY
Personal analyses
The knowledge and skills required for being and human resources manger along with my
strength and weakness are mentioned below.
Skills
Communication skills – The most important and primary skills which is must to be an
human resource manager is communication skills (Stewart and Brown, 2019). The
Human resource manger are considered as the representative of the company in front of
the outsiders or the persons came for being an part of our organisation. Apart from this
the human resource manger is only responsible of employees satisfaction. So they should
have clear communication ability to deliver their message in front of the workforce. My
communication skill is very effective and fluent. This is plus point for me as an human
resource manger. I am able to communicate with the staff members and this also helps in
influencing the employees.
Proactive – The human resource manger should have the proactive quality. Before any
issue might occur the human resource manger should has idea of this and take timely
actions on that issues (Warshawsky and Cramer, 2019). The human resource manger
should all the information regarding the activities occurring the organisation and outside
the organisation up to mark. Here is found myself lacking behind. I am unable to
overlook the things timely. After the issue occurred then only I am able to recognise and
identify the situation where the flaws is occurring.

Motivation skill – To bring out the potential from the employees and to influence them
to work in accordance to achieving the goals of the organisation the human resource
manger should have the influencing and motivating ability. Certain times it's happened
that the employees are not able to bring the desired output due to any reason, then is the
responsibility of human resource manger to boost them again with the full energy. Due to
strong communication skills I am able to influence and motive the employees easily.
After the motivation provided by me the employees feel satisfies with my point of view
and I always consider it as my strongest strength as I am able to influence my staff
members.
Organisational skills – Their are certain responsibilities apart from recruiting which an
human resource manager has to look after like training and development of the
employees, making policies regarding welfare of the employees, taking decisions related
to appraisal and so on (Ganesh, 2018). All these activities are very crucial for smooth
functioning of the organisation. As I am not at all proactive, it is bit difficult for my to
take timely action of the thing which has not happened till now hence, my management
skill is not good. Decision making skills – The crucial skills for an human resource manger is decision
making ability (Capozza and Divella, 2019). The human resource manger has to decide to
whom they want to recruit as per the requirement of organisation and to whom want to
reject. As the selection or unproductive employee will increase the cost of the
organisation and will not produce any output and selection of productive employees will
results brining out desired objective by which organisational goal will be achieved so the
decision should be taken wisely. I have good decision making ability. I never made
mistake in selection of employees. By listen to their answer and by having a short
communication with them I can analyse the ability of the employees.
Knowledge
HR software – The tools used by the human resource manager to record the professional
as well as the personal information of the employees HR software is used. To be an
professional human resource manger one must have the knowledge of all the tools and
technologies used by increasing the efficiency of the employees. This tools keep track of
the employees and whenever the human resource manger wants to measure the
to work in accordance to achieving the goals of the organisation the human resource
manger should have the influencing and motivating ability. Certain times it's happened

in implementation of legal action against the company. I am not good at learning laws.
