Human Resource Services are provided to satisfy the needs and demand of the employees working in
the company and also implement various policies and procedure to bound the employees to work with
accuracy and provide quality work within the allotted time. Present Report is based upon the company who
launch the program named work form home before 6 months. Company provide work from home services to
their employees so that they can easily manage their life and work at the same time and also provide the same
profits and turnover to company structure. So in this report we analyse whether HR services for allowing
employees to work from home is successful or not.
Reports includes the survey on based on questionnaire regarding the program success or failure criteria
and the relevant information collected for this survey regarding the WFH services and its purpose to create a
survey and security protection regarding the data secured for the work allotted. It also tells us about the
procedure and time duration to conduct a proper survey. It further includes the answer of the question raised by
one of the office collogue regarding the management of the contract and the performance. Lastly it includes
the report submitted to management regarding the WFH program overview and their discussion and
recommendation criteria.

Company launched a 6 month program which is work from home. On the basis of the 6 month
company conduct a survey to review this program whether it is helpful or not. This survey and feed back helps

Description Recommendations
Work from home services is based on building the
trust in the employer and employees relationship in the
working premises.
HR management provides permit to employees to
work from home which develops trust in the
company. As employee feel more responsible
towards their work and also dedicated to complete
the task responsibly and handle all the matters and
issue which raised while completing the allotted
work. Trust and honesty is the major key to build the
relationship with the company for longer term as
without trust employees not feel secured and they
engage with less productivity in the company growth
and development.
Work from home services is a time consuming concept
and attracted by the employees towards flexible
working hours.
HR management provide this services so that quality
work can be completed from time to time without any
delay and employees can work freely without any
stress. HR managers have to take a proper feedback
from the employees regarding their working structure
and had to allotted the work according to their
capability and flexibility so that they are more
motivated towards the work and achieve the targets

HR Managers should innovate or develop a technology to check the time management spent by the
employees towards their work so they can have complete record of employees and their working
criteria because mostly complaints arise of not providing a quality work which results in decrease in
company turnover. HR managers have to make a norm to complete the work before the stipulated time
so that they can easily have a quality check for the work done and can restrain the image of the
company for longer term.
HR manager build a policy to work in a confidential portal so that it can't be traced easily and also if
laptops are used by anyone at home they can't open that portal because of high secured password. This
result in safe handling of work and no one can track the allotted work from the portal.
CONCLUSION
Form the above study it can conclude that HR services are played an important role to satisfied their staff
through providing facility of work from home. It is formed a questionnaire and analysis the results. It is
explained the difference between contract management and performance management to colleague. Last It
is provided the description and recommendation about the research.
