CONCLUSION
From the above study, it had been concluded that the skills and knowledge has the very
important part of HR manager. In respect of that report has mentioned every skill which has
important for becoming successful. With the help of SWOT model, here has analysis the
complete strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of HR manager and mention area of
improvement. This has created more effective working to complete task. For improving those
skills through learning here mention importance of CPD. This has support to continued
professional plan. With the help of CPD assistant manager has able to improve skills and
knowledge for becoming successful.
From the above study, it had been concluded that the skills and knowledge has the very
important part of HR manager. In respect of that report has mentioned every skill which has
