Critical thinking skills – The first and foremost skills that are required by the HR manager

their time to think with a combination, set-in -stone processes and outside the box thinking. It is
very important for the HR to think in a critical situation and it also helps to make effective and
efficient decision. HR professionals need to strategically cultivate an environment in which all
can work together towards the improvement of the business (Buckingham and Goodall, 2015),
Effective Communication- One of the primary role of HR job is to facilitating discussion
between employees and the employers. If the human resource manager can not communicate in
