INTRODUCTION
An organisation is determining as business unit at which individual are employed and
performs their allotted task so that firm can attain their desire goal as well as target successfully.
In respect of this it is essential for the companies to conduct programmes in so that individual,
team as well as organization development can do successfully (Bellis and Verganti, 2020). It is
essential for all types of organizations small, medium and big as it help in attainment of desire
goal successfully. Organization given for respective project is Hightown Housing association
which is registered in 1967 and they are operating in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire,
Bedfordshire and Berkshire. Their aim is to help people who need support as well as care related
to buy or rent a home at the market value. Respective report will include several topics i.e. skills,
knowledge and behavior required for HR professional as well as it also include personal skill
audit, professional development plan and comparison among the individual, organization training
and learning and development .

In order to being HR professional at Hightown Housing Association, it is necessary to
have as well as improves skills, knowledge and behavior. This will build their career chances to
develop more. An individual ought to consistently try to increase new information skills,

Difference between individual learning and organizational learning
Individual learning
It is considered as capacity as well as capabilities of a person in order
to develop knowledge and plans according to the situation of a
