INTRODUCTION
Human Resource management play most important role in every company as it control
and manage all operational activities of organisation. HR department have responsibility of
hiring best as well as suitable candidates for the firm so that they accomplish goals and
objectives in most effective and systematic manner. They must be ensure that they hire talented
and skilled persons so that they adapt culture of organisation easily and assist to achieve high
growth in competitive market place (Zepeda, 2012). It is analysed that enterprise organise
