INTRODUCTION
Development is a continuous process that enhances capabilities and efficiency of individuals
and organisations in an efficient manner. It helps individual to enhance their skills and

Present report is conducted on Bentley Motors which is operating their business services
in automotive industry and was founded in the year 1919. In this report formative discussion has
