The LSST college is focusing much on these issues as they have to improve the process of the

It is identified that the LSST college is facing the problem regarding their HR department

to the successful path. It is foremost for every business to provide the better work culture so that
they feel motivated and it often reflects in their positive work, thus here comes the main role of
the HR department to implement such culture and to ensure the safety of every individual. But
LSST’s HR department is not potential to provide such working environment therefore they have
been facing the issues and not able to recruit the top talent who will be able to deliver the best
services to their customers.

which are very necessary to be addressed as this hinders the smooth working of the business
operations of the organization. The LSST college is also facing the problems in the HR
