INTRODUCTION
The human resource deals with human personnel in an organization. The human resource is
vital resource for the development of country. This is because all activities are being handled and
operated by human. So, some good and effective human personnel is essential for the organization
in order to develop it in the competitive market. The increment in the skills of individual would
help to enhance efficiency of human resource in organization (Boyd and Conroy, 2019). In order
to improve the efficiency of human resource, proper and regular training sessions must be
organized by human resource department of organization for its employees. This report has
outlined organization General Electric with respect to its human resource. General Electric is a
power and healthcare industry that is being established in the year 1892. The present report
discusses about the organizational structure and its theories. It also outlines the organizational
strategies and techniques that are being used by the HR department of the company.
