insight into the strengths and weakneses of my skills.
Concrete experience
In the aforementioned module, I compared the HR practises used by two distinct
organisations. It has been investigated how HR can play a part in creating people
management procedures and methods. I now have a better grasp of the duties that HR must
perform and the responsibilities that come with being an Outstanding employee.

I have discovered that I can interact well with others, which enables me to easily establish
rapport, after reflecting on my abilities during my team-leading activities. It enables me to
express my thoughts and feelings in a reciprocal manner with team members and fully
explain a problem or concept to others. Additionally, I am very structured, so enables me to
plan resources and coordinate my time effectively while working on a task
