task, there will be reflection on what went rite and what went wrong and if anything can be
improved. Finally, they will be a summary or conclusion and a list of references.
The portfolio aims to show the competences and skills that have been developed and
acquired, it also pin points areas that may need improving and all this will be discussed under
reflection of every task..
Human resource managerss face a very important role of selecting the rite staff to work for
their organisations. Most managers understand the importance of acquiring the rite talent and
