Summary of talent management and human resource management:
Human resource management is important function of every organization. This function
of organization help by treating employee well so that they can attract highly skilled people in
their organization (Taylor . 2018 ). Selecting right candidate for right job is usually a though
challenge for human resource management. But several author suggest that human resource is not
only vital but they are among the most relevant resources. Talent management can be define as
the special ability or skills that can attract others in organization. Although, in present time both
government and business are facing the challenge of economic crisis and business are challenged
to obtain, develop, maintain, reward and pass on the knowledge of finest human capital in their
organization. Talent can acquire in two ways, first it can be develop within in organization,
second, it can be recruited from external sources of organization. Recruitment must considers
talent management as an priority. In this situation human resource plays important role to fulfil
the needs of organization. HR management use strategies that are vital and have ability to effect
on the performance of organization to achieve its mission or convey its offerings to target
customers. If an organization initiate human resource management practices that leads to en
effective program, than both employees and team managers are equally able to gain benefit from
organization. It is very important for mangers of organization to know about the requirement of
their employees so they can find way to fulfil them and give job satisfaction to their team mates.
HR department should know about how to increase revenue by educating the managers in
organization. The typical problem lies with mangers in the way in which they deal with
accommodation request, such as schedule, which usually gets negative reactions from mangers.
Moreover, all the management functions should be involve talent management strategies and
decision in the organization. It could help the organization to improve the performance of their
employees and managers. Further, the broad of directors of an organization should be involved in
the process of talent management to increase its visibility. If the organization could not properly
understand and apply the value of talent management, the possibility of their success is
questionable(Meyers. 2020 ).
Furthermore, the effect of human resource polices on organization or company, job
design is an essential tool improve satisfaction, involvement and self directed motivation.

Organization should monitor performance to ensure that their employee know how to do their
work and help to reach mission of the organization(Maurya. and Agarwal, 2018 ). In every
organization diversity in recruitment is important and organization recognise the importance and
benefits of recruiting employees from diversify background(Sheehan. Grant, K. and Garavan, T
2018 ). Thus in every organization human resource plays an important role in arrangement of
talent in organization from both internal and external resources and use different strategies for
acquiring best employees for organization and help to increase profitability and success.
Furthermore, recruiting highly skilled professional requires affecting changes human resource
policies. HR policies needs to be flexible enough to accommodate talented people with high skill
level.
