INTRODUCTION
Organisational success is the outcome of all the process that has been used to make it
successful and there are some contribution that were put in the company to achieve the goals and
objectives (Alahyari, Svensson and Gorschek, 2017). This will lead to many problem when there
is issue regarding the company in change management. In this the report the organisation is
NOBL, which is consulting organisation founded in 2014. In this discussed about the importance
of organisational design to deliver the sustainable performance and analyse the requirement to
develop motivated, knowledgeable and experience individual teams to enhance the efficiency in
the organisation. Apart from it is being evaluated the contemporary knowledge and research to
support the emerging needs of HR development. It is being analysed the relationship between the
organisational design and change management in the organisation to make sure the effective
performance.
TASK 1
P1.Evaluating the importance of organizational design theory in the context of organizational
structure and fulfilling strategy
Organization design is the process for shaping the way organizations are structured and run and
it involve many different aspects of life at work and also include the team formation , shift
pattern and many more ways. This overall helps in designing the efficiency and effectiveness of
the company. In the context of NOBL, this helps in work in creation and experimentation and
will enhance the opportunities to test the fir into potential. Following are the importance of
organization design theory in the context of organization structure-
Increased efficiency- Through proper organization design this will increasing the
efficiency of the company and will lead to benefit in many ways. In the organizational
structure, this will lead to many benefits through smooth functioning in the management.
Better decision making- This improve the decision making process in the company and
increase the overall effectiveness in the company. In the context of NOBL, this enhance
the decision making practice in the company and will lead to many changes in term of
improving the co-creation, chiefly and experimentation in the company (Arieli, Sagiv
and Roccas, 2020).
