The main function of the human resource department is to manage the people of organization
who are connected to company in different manner. This report is based on the ARM Holding
PLC and explaining the function of Human resource Department within organization. ARM
Holding PLC is one of the most famous semiconductor company which was established in year
1990 by group of people. Jaime Urquahart, Tudor, Mike Muller, Lee Smith, Harry Oldham, John
Bigg, Dave Haward, Pete Harrod, Al Thomas, Harry Meekings, Andy Merritt, Hermann Hauser
and David Seat are the people who were founder of ARM Holding Company. There are various
aspects of business organization will be presented in study (Winnubst, 2017). The importance of
organizational design theory will be discussed for organizational structure and meet
organizational strategy. Various approaches that are used by Human resource Department in AM
Holding PLC will be studied in report. These practices and techniques will be studied to create
and maintain skilled and effective work force with in organization. Emerging HR development
also will be analysed in study. As per the structure of the organization in different organizational
situations will be analysed according to response of the company for adopting change
management.

organization and internal operations of the company to gain higher efficiency with in
