management can know overlap between concepts as well as definition at the workplace of each
ans every element. It can be said that the business environment can become more productive by
applying different human resource development programmes and conditions. When the
employees are unable to give better and expected result to the company then human resource
development organise training and development programmes. It helps to make them more
talented as well as skilled towards achieving objective in the right and proper way. Apart from
this by the HRD the management can make the employees more professional within the working
environment (Hamlin, 2010). More the professionals helps to offer better quality of goods and
services to the consumers which lead to increase sales and revenue of the business. Moreover,
with the HRD the management able to formulate better as well as effective business strategies at
the workplace for make the employee more productive and meet with the objectives. It can be
summarised that with the HRD domain business able to achieve objectives using collaborative
strategies as well as by applying different cross fertilising ideas across the business process of
HRD. Further, with this different human resource development issues can be easily resolve at the
