INTRODUCTION
Many organisation use human resource development as a tool to enhance their
employees' capability and also develop their personal skills. In addition to that management of
the various company develop a concept toward the same in which they try to utilize their way of
working for their workforce. In this management also organize various workshop as well as
learning section to their client.
Present report is based on a John Lewis Partnership who deals in a retail sector and it
includes clothings, watches, various cosmetics and much more. Company work with 98000
employee. For that management of the company must develop HRD as a tool to enhance their
working visibility towards the working. In this HR assistant of the company will discuss various
learning style and its uses to develop the skills. In this HR assistant manager also develop
various workshop to develop their skills as well as evaluates its advantages and disadvantages. In
this HR manager also considered government role in this and its competency movements
