Effective maintenance and regular development of the HR is a crucial task for every corporation.
HRD is the framework which assist and help the workforce in developing their self-esteem and
organizational skills, knowledge and potential. With help of training and development program
any employees can learn the new skill, ability and criteria to operate business activities and
function. Mentoring and also identifying an employees key potentials. The following study
analyses different kinds of learning theories and styles which has been adopted by 'People R Us'
which is a UK consultancy firm (Gold and et. al., 2013). The importance of training the staff of
Sun court is discussed below. The study compares the function of governing bodies in training
and development and its impact upon the performance and activities of employees.

development of new employment opportunities within the region. However the corporation will
also be benefited by participating in this method. The funding model is adopted by the
organization which helps in delivering funds to the trainees on the basis of their age for example
the candidates between 16-19 are being provided with 100% of funds and from 20-25 are
provided with 50% of funds (Alvesson, 2010). This method is the most significant and cost
effective method for the corporation in fetching and attaining the new skilful candidates.

training. Each and every individual is being provided with a brief introduction of the

is in short about the company's expectations and is not form the effective method of
development. Health and safety training: Health and safety training provided to employees who are
working in the organisation. In this training programs, employees can learn the criteria of
working within the organisation so as they can safe from the uncertain accident and
danger. In this, training can provided related to how to use the equipment and resources
