to the work culture. On the other hand, the organization structure is not only compatible with the
business model but also to adjacent to the product segment (Prus, et al, 2017). Lastly, the
financial planning of the limited group is not done properly and efficiently. The liquid asset ratio

10ISSUE FACED IN HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
SECTION- B
Introduction
In the second section of the report the factor and the issue with the placement is taken
into account. The factor with the placement is concerned with the employee who has been hired
and recruited in the company. After the job role is fixed by the company, the doctor in charge or
the nurse or any other medical assistant is allocated its work. It is the part of the employee to
complete its work whether he is new or old in the job. The main issue that was faced in
recruitment for the nursing home in United States was concerned with the employment of the
nurse and the other staffs that was inclined with the working section (Sury, Burns and Brodaty
2013). There were medical health facility people who was recruited in the organization but the
issues faced in the area of Independent, Sequential and pooled. The placement problem is with
certain cases because of the nature of the job in nursing homes.
Statement of the Problem:
The major drawbacks in the placement of the employee in nursing homes.
Significance of the Problem (and historical background)
The major drawbacks in the placement of the employee in nursing homes is attached to
the factors of recruitment because it is the duty of the Human Resource manager to clear all the
doubts that are attached with the workers. There might be situation and circumstances where the
doctors and physicians may not be willing to travel to the interior places because there is lack of
Document Page
11ISSUE FACED IN HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
resources in that region. In the present stage of the placement policy the allocation of the work is
depended on the human resource department but there are situation where the employee makes
contradiction situation because the work is not suitable according to his or her preference
(Friedman and Kalichman 2014).
Purpose
The purpose of the report is drawing its attention to overcome the challenges it is facing
the truth and the natural tendencies in hiring a well-known corporate inside and in the overall
local and international site. There are few indication that are to be made consideration of in
determining an expatriate in a local situation (Toot et al, 2017).
Assumptions
The assumptions can be made on the following ground:
There should be a specific need for speed in case of hiring in local area so that
there is convenience for the workers to travel.
There should be a particular rule that should be set with the local staff that may
become restrictive in special cases (Abrahamson et al, 2013)
The corporate strategy is focused with the global integration.
Other than the rest on the situation there is a circumstance of positioning in the
staff in specified work.
Document Page
12ISSUE FACED IN HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
Limitations
The difficulty with the placement is tend to be looked upon the job but not in case with
the employee individually (Humphries, Haynes and James 2014). The illustration of the
following area of issue or limitation of the report with placement can be discussed as the
following:
INDEPENDENT- The independent nature of the work becomes overlapping nature of the work
tends to be very monotonous for each worker. The activity of a particular worker is considered to
be of little bearing. Hence, the placement is the simplest form with the solutions that provides
development within the individual.
SEQUENTIAL- in case of the sequential situation the activities of one worker are dependent
from one person to another. The best example of the sequential factor is the assembly line of
workers.
POOLED- in case of the pool situation the activities of the workers are highly interdependence.
The final output of the contribution made by the workers is highly important. In case with the
employment of the workers who will facilitate the work of cleaning the laboratory may termed as
a pool job. The final output of the result is the contribution of all the workers in the work place.
Hence, the change in the work place and the environment becomes a major factor that is
reflected back in the demand of a meaningful work, which is delegated by the workers (Lyu et al,
2016). These are the factors that are attached to the problems, which the nursing homes are
facing. May be the concern is with the lack of doctors that is not being able to cater in the remote
area place.

Proposal
Summary- the particular proposal is about the placement issue that is being faced in the
organization for a year.
Aim- the aim of the report is to specify the issue with the placement and the allocation of work
in the nursing home. The organization provides the facility of recruitment in various filed but the
major concern is the factor with the placement is concerned with the employee who has been
hired and recruited in the company.
Background- in the current situation of the organization the department looks after the facility
of providing a health care facility in terms of granting the people of the community the plan chart
for maintaining health. The employee who propose such plan are finding the work to be
autonomous and hence the issue with the placement is been faced.
Significance- the significance of the main research that was conducted in the placement of the
employee. The research was conducted so that there would be rectification made in the area
where the management was facing a huge problem. The attrition of the employee had become a
major concern for the organisation as it was getting short of employee. The most significant part
of proposal is to pay more attention in the area of allocation of the job role (Feng 2014). One
should be given a work where it is best suited. An employee enjoys work when he or she is
assigned the area where it is specialized. The most important part of the work is knowing the
details of the work.
Document Page
14ISSUE FACED IN HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
Method- the method used for the proposal is secondary research. The information is collected
from journal of the organisation. The main issue which is faced is the placement of the employee
and the recruitment of the line manager. The main difficult that is faced is when the human
resource manager looks at the viewpoint of the candidate but not towards the job. There might be
a lack in the job requirement where it is the responsibility of the manger to look in the area
concern. This will restrict from lowering down the issue faced.
Conversation with Line Manager
While conducting the interview for the line manager the basic concept of the role that he
or she should carry must be clear in the concept of the HR. The role of the line manager in the
organization was explained as the responsibility that the employee and the resource should be
pursuit of in achieving the specific function and organizational goals. The process or recruitment
and hiring of the talent was fulfilled in terms of team positioning and proving coaching in the
performance of the team members.
The recruitment for the line manager was Mr. X who was a migrant in the country. On
the date of the interview the person was well dressed which is one of the most important criteria
on the day of the interview. The recruiter for Mr. X prepared a final report as he was a
experienced employee and was previously working in an MNC firm. The area that are to be
covered in the interview session was the long and short term of the goals and the ongoing role of
the organization. The agenda that was discussed with the interviewer was as follows:
The first step that was conducted was to welcome the employee.

To understand the conceptual framework of the person in terms of handing the
management.
The techniques he can use to define the power of success.
What are the attributes that can be used to manage the team and keep them stress free.
The techniques that can be used to handle conflict within the team members.
