Technology comes up with the ability to improve the overall relationship between teachers and
students. When teachers integrate technology into the subject areas, teachers grow into the role
of advisor, expert, and coach (Aparicio, Bacao and Oliveira 2016). Technology helps the whole
process of teaching and learning a bit of interactive fun. The process of teaching through
technology has come into the picture as a result of increased broadband and increased capability
of mobile phones. Technology is a powerful tool that can support and transform education in
various ways.
In the coming pages of the report, an analysis has been done regarding how technology can
improve HRD function and related intervention. The next part of the report deals with a range of
technologies that can improve the quality of learning.
Technology can enhance the HRD function and its interventions
E-learning can be defined as the system of learning, which is obtained through internet by
making use of electronic devices. E-learning is completely based on the concept of formalized
learning. This is merely provided by making use of electronic devices like systems, tablets and
cell phones (Cidral et al. 2018). All these are connected to the internet platform. A learning
management system can be defined as the software application, which is required to deliver
online training. Cloud-based LMS helps the individual to scale up the training delivery.

of e-learning. It merely highlights that they can focus on creating new training courses that
