In this reflective report, I will be sharing the experience that I gained during the completion of
my assignment named Business Communication. Also, I will be sharing how my team mate’s
contribution to the assignment.
Before the assignment, the Lecturer divided the groups. I was happy when I was assigned as the
team leader for the assignment. My teammates were very excited about the assignment. There
were some happy faces and some confused faces as well.Earlier, I thought that we would not be
able to submit the assignment because of the confusion regarding the assignment. Later on, the
confusion was eliminated. This was because of the efforts that each team member was working
hard on the assignment. We decided to split the topics for better understanding. After assigning
the particular task, each member worked hard for a better understanding of the topic. There were
some doubts which was left and was solved by the teachers. Their support during the assignment
was remarkable.
My team memebers was always on time for the meeting. In the meeting, we discussed some
unique ideas to make our assignment look more creative. Everyone was enthusiastic and
energetic. Their hardwork showcased the ideas they were having for the assignment. Proper
communication was not followed because of which there were no proper answers. For this, we
could have asked one by one for the ideas.I supported each and every idea which was given by
my team members. Also, I appreciated the efforts and the time they were putting for the
completion of the assignment.For the completion of the assignment, my team members stayed up
all night and were working very hard. Their motivation and enthusiasm encouraged me to
present my assignment perfectly. Also, my teammates were always on time for the meeting.

The most important thing that I liked the most about the assignment was the contribution that my
team members showed. Because of their ideas of dividing the topics, it was made easy to work
on a particular topic. The assignment was done without any pressure. The teachers and the
department also helped us in the proper research of the topic.
There were some flaws which we faced during the assignment. There were so many books to
read. Sometimes, there were multiple theories which confused the whole team. Because of the
division of the topic, the writing style was not similar. In some parts, the writing was introduced,
whereas, in others, it wasn’t. This created a problem for teachers to understand the
assignment.Also, we found out some common spelling and grammar mistakes.
In the assignment, there were some parts which could have improved. Like we should have
selected a particular format for writing the assignment. Also, we could have selected one of our
teammate for writing the assignment. For the correction of the grammar mistakes, we should
have some app for checking the grammar and punctuations. The correct format and grammar
could have made our assignment look more effective and creative. Excluding the flaws, the
overall experience went very well.
