This has always been my field of interest to know the nature of human and communicate with them
concerning the needs of the organization and competency of the organization. I did my graduation and
post-graduation in human resource management. This has helped me to understand the various theories
and laws related to the hiring and supervision of human capital. This experience is helpful in
understanding the current organizational structure and applies the impact on the administration of the
organization. My educational experience and the project that I did in the full-time course tell me as a
certified individual that has an official degree and knowledge to work with human resources in the
organization.
As per me, human resource can be understood an understanding of human behaviour and effectively
applying the human capital in the development of an organization. I believe that human resources
management is the responsibility of a company to take care of new employees and provide them with
accurate induction and training to deal with the needs of the employees. I believe human resources also
means as the backbone of any organization thus proper training and induction of individual are included
with accurate knowledge build up, and training is given to them to build up their skill set and apply the
same in future association with the organization.
As per my study about human resource the two processes that allure me the most is the hiring process and
training and induction process. Both the process is very inspiring and creative and requires a lot of
thinking and intelligence associated with them. I like the hiring process because it includes high strategic
thinking and sound judgment for the right candidate. This also helps me in selecting the right candidate
for the organization. Apart from that training and induction process helps me to let the employees know
about the company’s culture and also help them to build up their qualities and help them to be competent.
Both these processes are my preferred in an organization as they helped me in using my knowledge and
apply innovation in the workplace to deal with the development of intellect of the employees along with
the organizational development.

sections of a workplace has helped me in learning best practices in other organizations and applies the
same in the organization to make the employees competent enough to deal with the needs of an
organization and help the employees learn better skills and improve the workplace environment. My
experience has helped in learning the perception of human resource effectively to develop a sound and
open workplace.
