In organization role of human resource management is to managing employees along with to handling
some of activities like recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal along with other
factor which plays an important role to concerned specific business fulfill overall requirements (Al-
Minhas, Ndubisi and Barrane., 2020). The major practices are operates and mobilize the employees on the
basis of their performance for mapping and provide them useful resources like machinery, pay structure,
briefing about their roles and responsibilities, training and development , performance appraisal effectively.

Situation: Work from Home policies during COVID-19.
The work from home practices is usually employees by many organisation where they wants
to make that employee comfort to do their work. But due to some drastic situation like covid-19 it
globally devastating and create high level of disaster of human being virus impacted where many
people are dying and many organizations started down due to not having productive business. On
that situation to be concerned some organizational organize their work for home practices to
provide the employee for the safety as well as to reduce more interaction with each other for
covid-19 situation.

manage their personal as well as professional work life balance.
