media services provider and Production Company was founded in 1997 by read Hasting and
Marc Randolph in Scotts Valley, California. The HR management of such organisation is
managing all activities and operation effectively and increasing organisational profitability. This
report covers different topics such as benefits of HRM practices in organisation for both
employer and employees. Moreover, effectiveness of HRM practices in term of raising
