commencement of the Human resource management. The guest speaker has been performing her
role in the business organization for the more than 7 years and now she has decided to leave the
organization. This report will provide the research methodology that will be implemented for
gathering of the data and analyzing of the same. This report will also discuss about the mission
and vision that will be taken into consideration as per the management of the functioning of
Devine Wine. Value statement will also be provided in this report. Questions that are to be used
will also be provided in this report. Cultural, gender or generation mix gap that is present in the
organization will also be stated in this report. The history of the business owners will also be
stated in this report. A brief summary of the entire scenario will also be provided in this report.
Research methodology
The research methodology that is used for the completion of the entire project is primary
qualitative as well as primary quantitative data analysis. Secondary qualitative data analysis is
also performed in commencing of the project. With the help of the primary qualitative data
analysis, data are collected from the employees of the Divine Wine. These theoretical data were
collected to understand the thinking of the employees regarding the business organization. After
understanding the views of the employee’s proper recommendations can be made as per the
management of the employee reaction. With the help of the data that are generated per
requirement of the project. With the help of the quantitative research the main advantage that
will be enjoyed includes the fact that the data that are generated will be of very precise in nature.

supporting is required is because the employees might lose faith from the business organization
