Human resource management is the process of recruiting, staffing and selecting
competent personnel’s for working effectively and achieving goals and objectives of
organisations. Efficient management of human resources and competent employees in
organisations helps in gaining competitive advantage for businesses. This function of
business is very important in company as to recruit and retaining potential employees for
maintaining effective workplace culture. New build PLC, established for spending shortage
of affordable housing facilities. This report provides details about the current HRM trends
and problems the organization face and their impact. Also stating the panning by HRM team
by applying appropriate theories and practices. Further, discussing various considerations by
HRM team take to perform recruitment and selection process. Lastly stating
recommendations for resolving problems being identified, also giving 3 practical realistic

being followed and to add value by adopting various effective strategy for enhancing
employees experience by aligning al the functions with the task allotted (Bourgeault,
Chamberland-Rowe and Simkin, 2021). The recent trends and problems being faced by the
New build PLC company are:
Discovering right talent for completing task: With the rise in competition level and
producing optimum quality of predicts for the company. Discovering suitable staff
personnel’s and recruiting them in company is the challenge and problem being faced.
