organisation is required to manage the employees who are working with the business
organisation. It is necessary that work of managing the employees in the organisation directly
helps the business organisation to perform their work as per the requirement. The current report
is based Old bridge District Council where Lisa is conducting the survey for the purpose of
improving the performance of an organisation. On the basis of conducted survey, different
questions will be answered related to most important finding where more focus should be given
that what are the major importance. Even three different initiatives will be developed on the basis
of findings. At the end, justification will be provided which will include about the better form of
communication to make things understand.

Council where she had conducted the survey for the purpose of improving the performance of
the organisation. Whenever any of the survey is being conducted within the premisses of a
company, it is necessary to understand that response from the employees play the crucial role to
provide suitable answer. As survey has been conducted for number of area but among them the
most effective one for Lisa to complete the survey is:
