CERA or Civil Engineering & Research Associates is a reputed organisation of Sydney. The
organisation is established for handling the planning and design related issues of the
engineering and construction based companies. The primary purpose of the company isto
provide design, templates and plans to the civil engineering company. The particular
assignment is highlighting the scenario in which the company is trying to expand its
operations and trying to grow its business. With the growth, the activities or functions of the
firm also increases and this has enhanced the requirement of the workforce in the
organisation.
The organisation is known for providing the most innovative ideas and designs for the
construction of the building. To continue the trend, the organisation is looking forward to
recruiting the most qualified and experienced candidates that can help the firm in expanding
its operations and enhancing the goodwill of the organisation. The organisation is looking for

efforts to ensure quality and timely services to its consumers and try to fulfil the aspirations
of the consumers in the best possible manner. The organisation attempts to provide job
opportunity to the experienced candidates so that it will be able to provide high-quality
design templates to its consumers that not only help in saving their time but also assist in
reducing the cost of construction. The managers of CERA always try to recruit the most
qualified and certified employees that can help the firm in the operations of planning,
consultation, design and documentation and enhance the chances of growth of the
organisation.
CERA is very strict with its rules and principle and the company work for enhancing the level
of productivity and proficiency in the organisation. The company is evident with its aims and
