INTRODUCTION
Human Resource Management is a process to manage performance of employees
effectively and efficiently. The organization should be used Human resource's department to
achieving their goals and targets in which it increasing their profitability and productivity in
marketplace. They have specific goals for an organization and always try to achieve their
objectives. HRM is playing a very important role in management system because they are
performing many functions and activities in effective way. This is the main part of an
organization to performing different activities such as employee, development, Labour relation,
staffing etc. This report will identify requirements of a business “Say It with Chocolate” process
and their functionalities. This company is based on UK to made special chocolate for greeting
purpose. This report will determine the scope and purpose of Human Resource Management and
they have performing different task such as selection and recruitment. They identify the role and
responsibilities of HRM in an organization as discussed in this report.

skills towards company performance. This function would help to recruit productive employees
for future.
Management of performance- this is the main part of an organization to maintain the
