being covered under which in task 2 and 3 chocolate presence organisation is being taken into
consideration so as to evaluate the purpose of HR function and its importance to the organization
and problems and future plans for further growth of company as well as advantages and
disadvantages of the current methods of advertising jobs in the organization. Whereas in task 3
and 4 Microsoft company is being taken into consideration in order to explain about flexible
working arrangements to Microsoft and its employee. Lastly, employee engagement and its
importance in achieving effective employee relations in Microsoft as well as ktey elements of
UK employment legislation and how they influence HR decision making such as recruitment,
training and development and reward is explained in this report.
