Dear employees of ZYX,
It is been seen that the job guidelines are not followed by the employees. The timings are
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, it is requested to the employees of ZYX to follow the timings. In case if
there is any issue regarding the timing then the employees are welcomed for any suggestions.
The lunch timings are also not followed which is 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM, it is requested to
all the employees to follow the timing of the lunch in order to maintain the decorum of the
company.
It is seen that the dress which is specifically designed for the employees of ZYX is not
been wear by the employees and the employees are wearing casual dress, please follow the rules
of the dress code.
The behavior issues are also seen in which the senior employees are not behaving well
with the new joinees. It is a kind request to treat the employees politely.
There are complaints that the new employees are not given proper training and also they
are not treated well by the senior employees. The same is leading to stress among the employees
and the employees are not able to perform well in the job.
It is requested to all the employees to please follow the rules and regulations of the
company and behave good with the new employees.

It is requested to change the piano as the piano is not working properly. The piano got
damaged due its old condition. The keyboard of the Piano is badly damaged and beep sound is
coming out of it on pressing the keyboard.
It is requested to you to please change or replace the piano and send the new piano within
2 days because rehearsal practices is required to be done as soon as possible.
The date of the concert is after 7 days and lot of preparation is required to be done within
that time span. Our team is paying rent for the room because the room is taken by us on rent. I
hope the problem of us can be understood by the piano company.
Please sent a new piano, after testing the piano. The piano was damaged en route to the
auditorium.
It is requested to send a piano which is branded ensuring the long life of the piano. The
keyboard of the piano to be checked ensuring beep sound is not coming out of it, strings of the
piano to be strong and properly fitted inside the piano. The show is really important to us and
please its is a request to follow the above mention guidelines for piano. The company is ready for
the compensation of the piano if required by Piano company but please send the piano as soon as
possible.
