INTRODUCTION
HRM practices are defined as policies and practices which are required to perform the
routine of human resource in the organization. Human resource management create major
practices of how effectively and in appropriate manner there are concerns which are regularly
related to the employee concern and organization (Hong, Zhao and Stanley Snell, 2019). The
HRM practices helps in denoting that the company and organization are taking major steps for
recommending and creating aspect of growth and development at large scale. The Human
Resource Management helps in also framing such policies and frameworks which regulates and
understands that there are specific practices which are to be followed and this helps in providing
that how effectively the organization is working at large scale.
There are some major HRM practices which are considering the aspects such as – employee
staffing, staff development, performance management, encouraging employee development and
engaging them to perform their roles and responsibilities effectively and in appropriate manner.
HRM practices aims to develop the scale of how effectively and in appropriate manner the
company and organizations are providing the facilities and are fulfilling the needs of the
employees at large scale (Hameed, Khan and et.al., 2020). There is also certain decision which
are undertaken and this helps in creating value of the organization at large scale. The HRM
practices development helps in undertaking and preventing the risk taking concerns and solves
the problems and issues at large scale. There are certain regulations which are addressed for the
concern of growth and development at large scale.
Therefore, the report will analyse that how the CIPD profession mapping will be done
and how effectively there are concerns of different stages of CIPD mapping which will be
included and will help ion creating value for the learning and development. Further, CPD
(Continuing Professional Development) will be analysed and described in detail as to how there
will be major aspects of addressing and identifying the skills and knowledge which are
mentioned within the process of learning and development at large scale. This CPD will analyse
that what will be gained and learned from the skills and knowledge appropriately and in effective
manner. Moreover, PDP (Personal Development Plan) will be framed for analysing the skills and
knowledge which will be learned and will help in creating value for the learning and
development. The PDP will be framed for 12 months as how effectively and in appropriate
manner there are concerns which are related to learning and development of the new skills and

knowledge. Finally, the reflection will be denoted which will help in analysing the impact of
learning and development and will explain the two major models of reflection which are –
Gibbs’ Reflective Model and Kolb’s Learning Cycle. Therefore, with the help of this, the report
will be framed properly and will initialize that how the skills and knowledge for future career
and personal development are important at large scale. This is the major and important point
which will be addressed in the report in appropriate and significant manner for the future career
learning and development in appropriate manner.
MAIN BODY
CIPD Profession Mapping –
CIPD profession mapping is the interactive set of standards to guide those who work in
human resource to always be developing and improving the work. The CIPD profession mapping
helps in analysing and creating value of how effectively and in appropriate manner the mapping
is being done. It includes – specialist knowledge, core behaviour, corer knowledge and the
purpose is evidence based, principles - led, outcomes driven.
There are three key principles which helps in analysing and creating value as to how
effectively the core concerns are addressed and these are –
Principle – based - Work matters, people matter, professionalism matters. The work should be
used as good force for the employees and organization as well as communities and societies.
People are foundation of the business and should have access to HR professionals and
opportunity to work as a HR professional (Uppathampracha, 2019). There should be continual
development and improvement which should be framed in the manner as to how effectively an
individual is presentable and is working in the ethics and professional manner. My skills and
behaviour which are identified as – I imbibe good communication skills, I have good teamwork
and collaboration skills, I also have good leadership skills.
Evidence - based – The CIPD professional mapping is done with the evidence based decision
making process. There are aspects such as behavioural science and academic research,
organizational data, practitioner expertise. I have knowledge of doing academic research
knowledge, Information Communication Technology (ICT) knowledge, digital marketing
knowledge.

Outcomes - driven – There are certain outcomes which are driven by clear understanding and
this helps in creating value of how effectively and in appropriate manner the outcomes are
known (Hunter-Hill, 2019). There are four aspects in the following point which are – impact on
work, impact on people, impact on professionalism, impact on individuals.

Personal Development Plan (PDP) is defined as the process of self – evaluation and self –
reflection which is used in higher education and at the workplace. It is based on awareness,
value, reflection, goal – setting and planning for personal development. There are certain
weaknesses which I incur and these are mentioned as – I have poor management skills, I also am

not able to solve the problems which indicates that I do not have problem solving skills, there is
also lack of interpersonal skills (Tymms, 2018). These are the major skills which I lack and these
represent that I am unable to engage into some of the productive skills as I have realised that
there is improvement which is needed to enhance these skills. Moreover, I have also observed
that I lack in some knowledge which is required for me to improve. This knowledge based skills
are – lack of computer knowledge, lack of technical knowledge, lack of artificial intelligence
