Various organization around the globe are becoming very efficient and productive in
nature. The main success of organization is all about achieving global and advanced
technological ideas (Upadhyay et al. 2016). For becoming more efficient in nature, the
organization needs to focus on some of the important assets. Strategic management is all about
dealing with new kind of intervention which helps the people to develop customer behavior that
is competitive advantage. Strategic business process can easily help the organization for
discovering new things and focus on ways of conducting business. Human Resource
management can be stated as a set of activities which has been developed for organizational
performance. Making use of strategies and planning of HR activities are considered to be
important for various business entities. It is needed for overall improvement of the employees.
HRM module in Banking Industry
Human Resource Management can be easily applied to each and every sector. This
particular project is applied to banking sector (Zaman and Alam, 2016). Human resource in
banking sector is considered to be a well-known concept of Human resource along with
management. HRM in banking sector is mainly needed for large number of things like
Stable labor Force: HRM based programs are needed for creating stable, efficient,
skilled and matured manpower. It is needed by banks in different aspect of time that is future and
present period of time.
Updating quality of manpower: HRM based module is needed for updating the overall
manpower with the developing and changing needs of Bank. Even vaccines at much higher level
can be easily filled up internal training programs of HRM module.
