HR-Issue Description
The major human resource issue that is discussed in the given article refers to the
management of the diversity within the organization. The concerned organization in discussion is
known to have been dealing with the issues that are related to the diversity within the
organization. The case study reveals the fact that the meeting within the organization is found to
be managed and taken over by a dark-skinned female who has proved herself to be as capable as
her male counterparts. The concerned female member of the workforce is the chief executive
officer of the education institution based in Chicago, Adtalem Global Education. The company is
known to have been operating in order to gain profit and earns a profit of around three billion
dollars. The leader in discussion is considered to be only woman of an African American ascent
who had featured in the Standard & Poor’s mid-cap 400 index.
The concerned issue that has been highlighted in this case refers to the issue of the
implementation of the diversity within the workplace as well as the concepts of equality within

and solved. The major challenges that I faced during the project was in the understanding of the
cultural gaps that exist within the various countries and the ways in which these differences
