suitable for workforce planning. Strength and weakness of various approaches to selection and
recruitment (Bondarouk and Ruël, 2013). Additionally, various HRM practices in terms of
raising productivity and profit. Lastly, significance of employees relations in regards with
influencing HRM decision making with the identifying key components of employment
legislations and the impact on HRM decision making will get covered.
