Background

that the company used to face in the development process for the international market. There
are various opportunities and the challenges that are faced by the company to compete in the
international market. The human resource management plays at important role in the proper
allocation of the resources. The most important resource management is the management
human resource or the employees of the organization. To compete in the international market,
the employee should be efficient to compete the challenges (Routledge and Stapley, 2019). So
the employees should be given proper training and development and the proper recruitment
process so that companies get the efficient employee. The purpose of the project is to evaluate
the ways in which the HR policies if the nestle can be improved as to compete in the
